Master Growth Academy is a comprehensive, 10-month professional development program designed for orthodontists and their teams seeking to optimize their practices in the digital age. Through live sessions, virtual learning, and ongoing support, participants will learn strategies for practice growth, digital workflow optimization, and team development. Led by industry experts including experienced orthodontists, business consultants, and implementation specialists, this comprehensive program provides a blueprint for creating a more efficient, profitable, and technologically advanced practice with a focus on clear aligner therapy.

The curriculum combines clinical excellence with business acumen, featuring hands-on training, personalized coaching, and actionable systems for immediate implementation. The program is subject to change as needed. Breakfast and lunch are provided on course days. Travel and hotel accommodations are not included.

Requirements

This program is designed exclusively for orthodontists and practice owners. The first live session is limited to doctors only, while the second session accommodates the doctor and one key team member. Full program completion requires attendance at both live sessions. Participants must have access to a device (computer, smartphone, or tablet) with video conferencing capabilities for virtual coaching sessions and online meetings.

Payment is required to secure your registration. For a full refund, cancellations must be submitted no later than 30 days before the event.
